Argyris Karagiorgas studied 3D Animation (2003-2005) and Advanced 3D Animation (2005-2006) at the "Intergraphics" Educational Institution in Thessaloniki. He took film and digital photography classes in FOAPTH - Photography Club of Aristotle University Thessaloniki (2010-2011). Since then, he has worked as a freelancer in portrait photography, photojournalism and in art & cultural events photography. From 2016 to 2019 he worked as a Colorist and Camera Assistant at the production company N-CODE in Thessaloniki, on 48 episodes of the television documentary series "Chara Theou" on ERT3, as well as other video projects in Color Grading. He produced and directed the feature-length documentary film "While you can still learn about stone", which made its World Premiere at the 23rd Thessaloniki Documentary Festival. He has also created the documentary short "Gruapa di Katrani", as well as a string of promotional social media videos for Thessaloniki
associations and businesses

Finally, his work at Alumil gave him experience in a corporate environment. Through his communication with the different departments of the company, he was able to identify and understand the needs and functions of a multinational company. Within the creative team, he learned how to best function individually as well as collaboratively, as there is a fine line between having ownership of what you do and collaborating with the rest of the stakeholders where necessary.
